Booking Process

To book a course or service, please call 0800 193 2011 or email Info@Karrdale.com. Once a date has been confirmed, it will be provisionally held for 48 hours (Monday – Friday) or until a PO number has been issued, whichever is the soonest. If a PO is not received by Karrdale within 48 hours, the dates will be released and available to other clients to book. If a PO is not applicable, written confirmation of the booking is required to Info@Karrdale.com confirming so.

Once a PO / written confirmation has been received, you will receive an email confirmation that the booking is secured along with the invoice for the training / service with payment terms of 30 days. If the date(s) booked is / are due to take place before the 30 days, the due date will be adjusted accordingly. Please note, failure to make payment within the time frame will result in the cancellation of the booking, however the invoice will still be valid. There will also be a separate invoice for un-refundable expenses incurred.

After the event has taken place, an invoice for incurred expenses will be issued with 30 day payment terms.

Cancellation

Bookings can only be cancelled by emailing Info@karrdale.com. An acceptance of cancellation confirmation will be returned by Karrdale

·         Cancellations within 7 days of the training start date will be charged at the full course fee.

·         Cancellations within 8 – 14 days of the training start date will be charged at 50% of the course fee.

·         Cancellations within 15 – 30 days of the training start date will be charged at 25% of the course fee.

·         Cancellations more than 30 days in advance of the course will incur no charge.

Please note that non-redeemable expenses will also be charged.

On courses where there is a charge per delegate rather than per day, the amount invoiced will be for the amount of delegate originally booked on to the course even if the number that attend is less than the number from the time of booking. If any additional delegates attend, these will be invoiced separately.

Refunds will be offered in the form of a credit note or BACS payment payable within 30 days of a written cancellation confirmation acceptance from Karrdale

If the cancellation is made by Karrdale, the rearranged session will be made free of charge.

In the instance where a cancellation is due to an ‘act of God’, neither party will be liable for a charge / fee.
